Free Delivery Areas
We offer free delivery to the following regions in Costa Rica on all items excluding bathtubs:
● Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM)
● Puntarenas
● Guanacaste
Bathtub Shipping
*Bathtubs are not included in our free delivery service*
● Bathtub delivery costs can be requested prior to purchase
● Delivery pricing varies based on location, access, and handling requirements
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
● Once your item has been packaged and is ready for dispatch, you will receive:
● A photo of the shipping receipt
● Tracking information, when available
Delivery Method (Free Delivery)
● Our free delivery service is fulfilled through Tempisque Transportation.
● Delivery coordination and instructions are arranged directly between the customer and the transportation company
● In some cases, meet-point delivery may be required
● Front-door delivery is not guaranteed under free shipping
Custom & Personalized Delivery Options
For customers requiring:
● Door-to-door delivery,

Packaging & Handling
All items are:
● Professionally packaged
● Shipped in protective wooden crates to ensure safe transport and minimize the risk of damage.

● Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery vehicles
● Additional fees may apply if re-delivery or special handling is required
