We offer free delivery to the following regions in Costa Rica on all items excluding bathtubs:
•Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM)

Bathtub Shipping
•Bathtubs are not included in our free delivery service.
•Bathtub delivery costs can be requested prior to purchase
•Delivery pricing varies based on location, access, and handling requirements
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your item has been packaged and is ready for dispatch, you will receive:
•A photo of the shipping receipt

Delivery Method (Free Delivery)
•Our free delivery service is fulfilled through Tempisque Transportation.
•Delivery coordination and instructions are arranged directly between the customer and the transportation company
•In some cases, meet-point delivery may be required
•Front-door delivery is not guaranteed under free shipping

Phoenix Concrete Designs, we provide curbside delivery exclusively. For the safety of our team and the protection of your property, our delivery staff does not enter homes, buildings, or job sites under any circumstances.
All products are professionally wrapped or secured in crates to ensure safe transport and protection during delivery.
**if product arrives defective or damaged client is entitled to refund, replacement, or repair. All cases are subject for review**

Clean gently with a soft cloth, warm water, and mild neutral pH soap.
Wipe spills promptly to prevent stains.
Avoid tape on surfaces—it can damage the sealer.
Do not use abrasive pads, harsh soaps, vinegar, bleach, or ammonia.
Keep away from acidic foods & liquids (lemon, wine, soda, tomato, etc.) and strong chemicals (acetone, hydrogen peroxide, perfumes).
