Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Inspections must be done immediately, for any case to be reviewed. 

If product is delivered defective or damaged you will be offered a refund or replacement free of charge. All cases are subject for review.
