After years of experience in construction and custom fabrication, I founded Phoenix Concrete Designs in Costa Rica in 2022 with the goal of creating high-quality, handcrafted concrete products that combined durability, function, and luxury design. What began as a full-service custom concrete furniture business quickly grew into a company known for producing custom sinks, vanities, tables, planters, architectural pieces, and most notably, our signature concrete bathtubs.

Working closely with clients, we specialized in fully custom designs—allowing each project to be tailored to specific dimensions, finishes, colors, and design preferences. From terrazzo finishes and smooth cement textures to marble effects and modern minimalist styles, every piece was built with attention to detail and made to create a lasting visual impact. Our process focused heavily on client communication, providing design guidance, progress updates, and in-process photos to ensure every project met both aesthetic and structural expectations.

Over time, it became clear that our custom concrete bathtubs were the strongest and most in-demand part of the business. Their ability to serve as bold luxury centerpieces in high-end bathrooms, spas, hotels, and outdoor spaces created a unique niche that set us apart in the market. Through international shipping experience, export-ready crating, and production standards built to meet U.S. expectations, we expanded beyond local projects and began building strong wholesale opportunities for the American market.

Now, as I return to the United States, the next chapter of Phoenix Concrete Designs is centered entirely around custom concrete bathtubs. Our focus is on supplying luxury custom baths for designers, builders, retailers, and wholesale partners who want a product that stands apart from traditional options.
